Chiang Mai Birders – Snakes Trip – Samoeng  

Berdmore’s Slug Snake, Oriental Whip Snake, Guo’s Pit Viper, Green Cat Snake…….these are just some of the snakes we might see on our Snakes outing. Led by Chiang Mai Birders member Chan Donkongsalaeng. Maximum of 10 people. We will be going to Samoeng so we will meet and pool cars and drive up to Samoeng arriving around 7.00ish. We will spend approximately 2- 3 hours discovering snakes before returning. As we will be at elevation be prepared for cool and potentially wet weather. Bring a raincoat. Long trousers are preferred. Bring closed footwear, a torch, binoculars (optional), water and an adventurous spirit. Cost: Will be 3,000 baht for the tour equally divided amongst the participants.
